Step one: Contact customer service to submit the application for exchange/return.

Within the limited time for exchange/return,if you want to exchange or return the products, please make sure they are in their original condition-unworn, undamaged, complete gift, intact packing and tags,receipt and accessories attached. Please make sure that:
a. The original protection film’s never been uncovered.
b. No scratches on the products
c. The original package are undamaged.
Exchange service in 30 days: In 30 days from the day you receive the product, you can request to exchange or refund if there are quality problems(non-artificial damages) when you wear it properly.

Step two: Return the product together with the shopping list,original package,accessories and gift.

Step three: Wait for our related department to receive and check the product returned.

Step four: Wait for the replacement or check the refund information.
